Custom PC assembly — $50 flat · $0 parts markup Start a build

Build a custom PC

A transparent, step-by-step process — $50 flat for standard assembly and $0 markup on parts.

Building a PC should not involve guessing what you paid for. Every build follows the same four steps, and each step that spends money or starts work has its own sign-off.

How it works

1. Interest form (non-binding). Tell me what the PC needs to do — the games or apps, the resolution you play at, your budget range, the look you want, and any parts you already own. Nothing is purchased or charged at this stage.

2. Parts proposal & build estimate. I put together an itemized configuration: each part, where it comes from, its estimated price, tax and shipping, plus the $50 build fee. Prices can move before purchase, so the proposal confirms the target build, not a final bill.

3. Purchase authorization and build authorization. If you want me to buy the parts, you approve a maximum spend first. If anything is out of stock, I don't substitute without your approval. Assembly is authorized separately once the parts are in hand.

4. Build, test and hand-off. The machine is assembled, cable-managed, boot-tested, and checked for stability. At pickup you get the itemized final cost, receipts, and the boxes and accessories.

What the $50 standard build includes

  • Installing the approved components in the case
  • CPU cooler and thermal paste
  • Connecting power, front-panel I/O, storage, fans and standard accessories
  • Basic cable management
  • First boot verification
  • Basic BIOS setup and memory profile (XMP/EXPO) where appropriate
  • A basic stability and functionality check

Not included unless you add it

Operating system installation or licenses, data migration, troubleshooting defective used parts, custom-loop liquid cooling, case modding, and overclocking beyond standard memory profiles. Any of these can be added as a flat, pre-approved price.

Bringing your own parts?

That works too — see Custom PC Assembly with customer-provided parts. Parts are logged at drop-off with their condition and serial numbers so there's a clear record of what was handed over.
